General Wellness Progam Ideas
• Administer an Employee Needs & Interest Survey
• Create a Employee Wellness Committee
• Identify health insurance plans that cover expenditures for weight management and tobacco cessation
• Waive co-pay or reimburse for preventive health care visits
• Display handouts on a variety of wellness topics for employees to take
• Create a wellness resource center or library with videos, books, magazines, DVD’s on a variety of topics of interest to employees

Physical Activity Programs
